A Tonda PF GMT Rattrapante, Parmigiani’s take on the travel watch. The GMT Rattrapante has a beautifully integrated pusher near 8 on the lower lug, which advances one of two hour hands. A hidden hour hand in pink gold beneath remains, telling ‘home’ time. Both are then reunited by a rose gold pusher integrated into the crown. This is all possible thanks to a 207 component micro-rotor, a movement just 4.9mm thin. The complication is cased in the integrated Tonda PF silhouette, here with a knurled platinum bezel and pink gold crown pusher to match the pink gold ‘home’ hour hand. This is a very elegant and refined take on the travel watch, losing nothing of the classic Parmigiani aesthetic while adding utilitarian complication.
