Out of an estimated 1000 examples, only 200 ref. 5004s are thought to be in pink gold, rarer than both platinum and yellow gold. This 5004R is preserved in exceptional condition that would be described by many as unworn, and though it has been technically worn there aren't so much as hairlines under a microscope.
